I am a BIM/VDC Specialist and MEP Design Manager with over 14 years of experience delivering ISO 19650–compliant BIM workflows across commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
I bring international experience from Singapore and a strong understanding of global BIM standards, making me well-prepared to support construction and infrastructure projects. My expertise includes Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, COBie, IFC, and managing models within Common Data Environments (CDEs).
I have successfully led BIM coordination and model quality assurance, driving clash detection, design validation, and multidisciplinary collaboration to achieve fully integrated, constructible models. My work ensures projects meet compliance requirements while improving efficiency and reducing risk.
I am passionate about OpenBIM methodologies, digital engineering transformation, and aligning project teams to deliver better outcomes across the entire asset lifecycle.
My academic journey includes an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, along with specialist diplomas in BIM and VDC from Singapore’s BCA Academy. I also hold a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Yangon Technological University, which grounds my digital expertise in strong engineering fundamentals.
